How do I change or cancel my hotel reservation?

Option 1: Cancel online using our self-service tools: Log into My Trips if you have a Priceline account, or search Find My Trips and select (“View/Cancel Itinerary”) next to the reservation you want to cancel. Look for a “Cancel” button within your reservation page and read the policies associated with a cancellation. If you’re satisfied with those options, go ahead and click Cancel. You should receive an email confirming when we have cancelled your booking. That email may not include an update on your refund/credit request. When we have processed that request, we will again notify you.   Option 2: Contact Customer Care

If you are unable to cancel your hotel using our online tools, you can contact Priceline Customer Care. 
Other hotel related concerns:  How do I make a change to the name on my reservation?  Unfortunately, you cannot change the reservation name after purchase.   How can I add a name to my reservation?  Please contact your confirmed hotel to make note of the additional name on the reservation.

How do I associate myself with my cause?

Each cause has a unique 3-8 character code. During the onboarding process, enter your unique code to associate yourself with your organization. If you are unable to locate your organization's unique code, please reach out to Go & Give support for assistance.

How does my cause earn donations?

Accepted Answer

Go & Give donates a portion of earned revenue on a quarterly basis to non-profit organizations. You can monitor and see how much Go & Give has contributed within the "My Impact" page. You Go and we Give!

How do I add a new question & answer?

To add a new FAQ follow these steps:  1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor  2. Add a new question & answer  3. Assign your FAQ to a category  4. Save and publish.  You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?

Yes. To add media follow these steps:  1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor  2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one  3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon  4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor.  
To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
